UDHAMPUR, August 26:Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) organised Cricket inter-school selectionmeet for under-14 boys at Subhash Stadium, here today.

The event was joined bythe district (DYSS) officer, Swaran Singh, who keenly watched those youngtalent from rural schools performing on the ground.

Best 30 boys picked from 12different 12 schools of the district were called for the competition cumselection trials.

Now, from and among theseboys, district Udhampur team shall be named for coaching camp and then participationin the inter-district competitions to be held under the banner of DYSS.

The technical officials theevent were Sham Lal, Raj Kumar Gupta, Convener Vinod khajuria, Raj kumar,Rajesh Sharma, Parshotam Kumar, Deepika Manhas, Rakesh and Sourab Pandit.

Others present were AjaySharma, Anita Goswami, Som Dev Khajuria, Romesh Chander Sanjeev Kumar, JatinSethi, Karun Magotra, Sanjeev Khajuria, Sudesh Kumar, Bhoopinder Singh, AngrezSingh, Vipin Photra, Ishang Bandral, Ghaneem Akhter, Abdul Qadir and Bal Singh.
