International veteranshuttler, Balbir Singh Jamwal has won Silver medal in men doubles Plus 70 yearcategory in the just concluded 46th Indian Masters (veteran)National Badminton Championship which held at Panchkula in Haryana.
In the final, Balbir,pairing with Anil Mahrotra of Bareli in Uttar Pradesh, lost to the duo ofSurinder Pundir and S K Patate of Uttrakhand.
Balbir has to his creditmany medals at the National level and participation at the international eventsheld at Richmond (Canada), Punta Umbria (Spain), Taipei (Taiwan) and KulaLumpur (Malaysia), a handout issued by the Badminton Association of J&K.
