Rajesh Virdhy, Pranav Sambyal and Romijeet Singh of Jammu and Kashmir have become International Shooting Judges, marking a significant milestone in their career and contributing to the growth of shooting sports in India.
All of them have qualified the prestigious ISSF ‘B’ Judges Course which was conducted from March 28 to April one at Crowne Plaza, New Delhi under the aegis of International governing standards.
The course was led by renowned instructors, Paul Gam from Great Britain and Wataru Fuji from Japan.
Across four countries, India, Japan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, with a total of 36 participants from across the world, making it a highly competitive and globally diverse training program.
Earlier, these officials had qualified as a National Shooting Judges, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, technical expertise, and dedication throughout the course. Their successful elevation to the international level reflects their commitment to excellence and their deep understanding of shooting sports regulations and officiating standards.
They had been actively contributing to the development of shooting sports at various levels, supporting athletes, officiating in competitions, and promoting fair play and professionalism within the sport. Their achievements are expected to inspire aspiring officials and athletes alike.
This accomplishment not only brings pride to J&k Rifle Association but also strengthen India’s presence in the international shooting fraternity.
