Vivek Chess Academy (VCA) has excelled in the just concluded Jammu District Chess Championship winning medals and cash prizes across different age groups.

While Ishaan Choudhary bagged bronze in open category to receive a cash prize of Rs 1000, Surinder Gupta won the under-19 gold. In under-17 age group, Laksh Choudhary secured gold and Avni bagged bronze.

Aadvik excelled with under-13 silver and Keshav Mahajan bronze in under-11 category.  “It was one of the best performances by the trainees in the Jammu District Championship with all participants from the VCA earning a position,” said coach, Vivek Bharti.
