Soumya among three were leading with four points at the end of four rounds in the two-day Jammu District Open Chess Championship, organized by Jammu District Chess Association at Hotel Nek, here today.

Anurag Singh and Ishaan Choudhary were other two leaders While Rajyawardhan Singh and Ishwam Kwatra were trailing behind with 3.5 points.

In total 45 participants are there competing for the top honours in this seven round competition being held under Swiss system and FIDE Laws of Chess. 

The event is being held under the aegis of J&K Sports Council, a handout issued here today informed.
