The two-day Khelo India ASMITA Wushu League, organized by District Kishtwar Wushu Association, concluded at Kishtwar.

The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 250 young female athletes from across the district, providing them with a platform to showcase their talent, discipline, and dedication in Wushu.

Dr Daisy Parihar was the chief guest, who presented medals and certificates to the winning athletes, making the occasion memorable for all participants.

In the team standings, Global Delhi Public School performed well to claim the Overall Champions trophy, while Jamia Public School finished as the Runner-Up.

Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries highlighted the importance of physical fitness, self-defense, and women's empowerment through sports. The organizers expressed their sincere gratitude to Kuldeep Handoo, Chief Wushu Coach of India (Dronacharya Awardee),for his valuable guidance and continued contribution toward the development of Wushu.

General secretary, Kanchan Kumar Sharma and the executive body extended special appreciation to the school managements, officials, coaches, volunteers, parents, and participants for their dedicated support in conducting the two-day event smoothly.
