Jammu and Kashmir TaekwondoAssociation shall conduct 26th J&K UT Taekwondo Championship (Kyorugi/Poomsae/Para)at Indoor Sports Hall, Bhagwati Nagar, here from February 14 to February 16.

The three-day championshipshall be held in Sub Junior, Cadet and Junior sections in both boys and girlscategories, a handout issued by the Association here today informed.

The last date for onlineregistration for the participants is on February 13 before 10 pm, the handoutadded.

Further, those selectedplayers out of this competition shall represent J&K in the upcoming Phase twoof 1st Khelo India Women’s Taekwondo League 2023-24 slated to take place in UttarPradesh.

Earlier, a meeting of theAssociation took place under the supervision of Rajesh Pangotra, president  and attended besides others by Atul Pangotra (Technicalchairman), Chandeep Singh (Para athlete), Zaheer Abbas Khan and Anuj Sharma (organizingsecretary).
