Jammu and Kashmir Police could not survive their quarterfinal game against formidable Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Baseketball event of the All India Police Handball Cluster which held at Siliguri in West Bengal.

The CRPF made it a 13 points victory against fighting J&K Police. Earlier, in the league round of Group-H, J&K defeated ITBP 60-59, followed by the win against West Bengal 67-39 and Karnataka 68-54.

The J&K team was accompanied by senior Handball player, Inspector Vivek Sharma as Manager while Amit Bharti and Iqbal Singh were coach and assistant coach (Basketball)respectively.

The Team: Vishal Sharma (captain), Shubham Sharma, Rajat Singh, Avinash Digra, Sahil  Sharma, Kunwar Pal, Manik Tadia and Arif Khan.
