Badminton Association ofJammu and Kashmir (BAJK) today named the 10-member UT team for participation inthe Junior (Under-19 Boys and Girls) National Championship to be held atItanagar in Arunachal Pradesh.

The selection was made by theAssociation on the basis of performance in the Yonex Sunrise  All J&K UT Junior Ranking cum SelectionBadminton Tournament, which concluded today at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium,here.

Colonel DV Sharma was thechief guest, who distributed prizes in the presence of Balbir Singh Jamwal (generalsecretary BAJK), Pawanjit Singh, Sukhdev Singh, Vivek Mehta and Vaid Saini.

Earlier, the finals of theevent conducted by the officials under Touseef Ahmed and Vikram Saini (both SAIcoaches).
