District Jammu Boxing Championship witnessed a poor participation across different age groups because the J&K Sports Council has left the only training facility in Jammu without a coach.

The only senior coach posedat the Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here has been promoted to the administrativeposition of Manager and subsequently posed at MA Stadium, here.

The two-day event was organisedby the J&K Amateur Boxing Association at Indoor Sports Complex, here. Around30 boxers from Jammu district took part in this event which was sponsored byJ&K Sports Council.

Those winners of differentweight and age categories were presented medals and certificates by ManagerIndoor Complex and senior Judo coach, Arshi Nad.

The technical penal in thiscompetition comprised Sajad Pathan, Sandeep Singh Gautam Kumar, Aman Sangral,Akash Baigra, Akash Sharma, Aarif Mohd, Rahul Kumar and Sanjay Sharma.
