Jammu Division Karate-Do Championshipheld at Bhagwati Nagar Indoor Sports Complex here under the banner of Ashiteand Yudansha ryu Karate Association of J&K, an approved unit of TraditionalKarate Do Association of J&K.

Around 270 boys and girlstook part in this event which was declared open by Ritika Jamwal, manager ofthe stadium, a handout issued by the Association informed.

Later, the winners ofdifferent weight and age categories presented medals by president of Traditionalkarate-do Association of J&K, Naresh Chander.

The championship conductedunder the supervision of Shihan Umesh Rekhi, Shihan Shashi Janotra, NareshBhagat, Ajay Gill, Ravi Kumar, Adit Sadhotra, Aryan Sharma and Udhay Singh. Voteof thanks presented by Sensei Bhawna Sadhotra, chairman women Commission TKAJK.
