: Devika Sharma has been awarded Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry by the Central University of Jammu.

Daughter of Romesh Sharma and Indu Sharma and wife of Rohit Jamwal, Devika worked under the guidance of Dr Sujata Kundan.

A meritorious student throughout her studies, Devika was position holder in the Secondary and Higher Secondary level and subsequently awarded scholarships for pursuing her studies and research in Sciences.

She worked on the research topic, “Novel A38-type/A2B2-type AI(III) and In (III)-eso-tetra-Aryl Porphyr in Complexes with Auxiliarxy Ligands and its Graphene Oxide Analogous:  Synthesis, Characterization and Biological Evaluation under the guidance of Dr Sujata Kundan of Department of Chemistry and Chemical Sciences, CUJ.
