Aman Singh, coach at Mission Olympics Shooting Academy Jammu (MOSAJ), has become the first ISSF (International Shooting Sport Federation)-certified coach from the region.

He successfully completed the prestigious 12-week ISSF Coaching Course (Rifle) which held at Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range, New Delhi.

The course, which was conducted under the guidance of Vesa Nissinen, ISSF Academy Director, meticulously designed to equip coaches with the latest scientific, technical, and professional knowledge in shooting sports.

Aman Singh specialized in Rifle and Pistol Shooting Coaching, gaining advanced exposure to modern training methodologies and athlete development systems.

A total of 56 coaches from three countries of India, Albania, and Iraq participated in the program. The course faculty Included Karoliina Nissinen, Head of Administration, ISSFAcademy; Agathi Kassoumi, six-time Olympian and Pistol Instructor, ISSF Academy; and Ronak Pandit, Head of Coaches Program, OGQ.

This achievement was made possible with the continuous efforts of the Jammu and Kashmir Rifle Association (JKRA) in promoting shooting sports and nurturing coaching talent in the Union Territory.
