The Sports Authority of India (SAI) has transferred two coaches from Sports Training Centre (STC) Jammu to other parts of the country.

While Badminton coach, Vikram Saini has been transferred to Delhi TOPS scheme head office, the Volleyball coach, Parteek Kumar has been shifted to STC Kurukshetra in Haryana.

However, Parteek Kumar has been replaced by Jeevanathan T of Puducherry, who has joined as Volleyball coach at MA Stadium.

With the transfer of Vikram, the Badminton training facility of MA Stadium has left with just one coach, Touseef Ahmed.

Important to mention here that the Khelo India Centre (Badminton) has been left without a mentor ever since the past champion has left the job to pursue his Diploma in Sports from NS NIS Patiala.
